I installed the VC2, but Ihad no where to hook up the ignition wire so I stuck it in the fuse box under (under the hood) the 10a fuse for the radio at first when I started the car and reved to about 4grand it started sputtering and wouldnt go over that like as if my rev limiter was at 4grand. so i checked the ignition wire and stuffed it in there a little better and now it will let me rev high but I have a CEL code 14.
Does anyone know why?? Did I hook up something wrong? Or is this normal after installing the VC2???????????

sounds like it isn't working...try using a 15 amp fuse and plug it into the right side of the fuse..thats where the power goes into the fuse itself. (closer to the fender) see if that works.

well i just ran the power to a 12v power supply, aka fuse. it called for 12 volt power, and to my knowledge the power wire to the map sensor is only 5. you may just be one of the lucky guys that doesn't need a vc-2 and your car will still work and not trip lights...or the more likely case its a 12 volt line and i'm wron haha
