What is the highest psi you guys will boost with pump gas, given that you have built up the internals and have all the engine management computers hooked up?
K, I was thinking about a 20G, but I will be using pump gas 99% of the time, so all the extra pressure vs a 16G is pretty useless if I will max out on 18-20 psi on pump gas. By the way, anyone have hp/tq #'s for 20 psi?

Well it depends on compression mainly, too much boost engine get too hot because of compression and it'll start to dentonate. I don't know any actual number though.

you shouldnt run more than 15psi on pump gas to be safe... Unless you like pulling your head... When i didnt know jack about proper engine care, i would run 20-23psi on pump gas, she didnt blow, but I dont do that anymore just for a piece of mind.(I mean, what are you gonna do with a SVT cobra or SS beside you wanting to play and you aint got no race gas)

18-20 psi is safe with a super 20G turbo and 93 octane gas with "proper" tuning. I make about 324hp to the front wheels at 18 psi with moderate timing retard. (I haven't tried anything over an average of 18 psi on pump gas, so I am nto sure how close that is to detonation, but I didn't get any.)
