>>I've read the instructions a few times and this is the only (at this time) question that i have. first thing is what is the check valve?

check valve is the one way valve that came with the kit. lil black & white plastic thing. one side goes to a vacuum line off the fmu, other side vents to the atmosphere

>>second thing is that the line in blue goes back to the fuel rail (thats what it is connected to now without the turbo on. i think that is what it connects to)? do i just leave the hole in the fuel rail where the line used to be or do i plug it up?

Mine still goes to the stock fpr. i had to buy an extra "T" to run vacuum lines to everything that needs em, my hrc kit was 1 short

>>>and where the circle is do you know what the sizes are for those tees? i don't want to cut it then have to go to the parts store.

No idea, i just guessed. otherwise, just take the line off when ur at the store and bring it in with you

>>and the one that goes to the Boost gauge do i have to get one that fits the fitting that the boost gauge came with or do i just plug vacum line into the hose?

i ran the vynl hose of a vacuum tee all the way inside. but either way will work as long as theres no leaks

>>Next Question about the fuel regulator. what is this piece coming off the regulator. i thought that was valve that i adjusted the fuel pressure with. am i wrong?

That piece is how you adjust the increase in pressure under boost. that hose coming off that valve is where the check valve goes. make sure u put the valve the right way. the large bolt in the center of the fmu is how u adjust idle (static) pressure

>>mine looks like (see pictures below, poor quality becuase its a webcam). is there something else i need. i thought pressure gauge came off the bottom where the t fitting is. and what does this bolt do?

The T off the bottom is where the fuel pressure gauge can go. That bolt ur pointing to in yellow on the top of the fmu is the static pressure adjustment bolt i mentioned earlier

>>and a question about the install of the boost gauge. do i need a special Tee for the gauge (see top diagram and bottom boost gauge install diagram). or do i just plug the vacuum hose into the tee and forget about the adapters

use the vynl hose the gauge comes with and that goes into the compression fitting on the back of the gauge.
