What are the advantages/disadvantages of a tubular vs moulded manifold with turbos? i.e. the NER manifold vs the star or hahn manifold.

turbular flows better I'm guessing. The design of the star manifold isn't the best either because the turbo is in between the 3rd and the 4th cylinder, it should be in the middle like the HRC manifold for the best performance. They did that on the star manifold to make things more compact and it worx because of that huge external wastegate.

The star manifold is good though it's castiron so it's durable and is the most crack resistant. Hehe man I want a heat shield though.
