Guys I really need help.I finished hooking up the profecB.I tried to tune it but no matter what I do it keeps overboosting/boost spike.I used both configurations on the dip switches-ext waste gate,and ext wastegate when overboosting.It kept spiking to 15 and god knows how much higher if I didn't let up.I also tried going mild(like the instructions say)and evenb tried mild settings.Right now I got it to the lowest possible settingw/c should be stock boost(5-psi)and it still spikes.This is how I hooked it up:
External (poppet valbe) type....is this what you used?
motor:
in- intake manifold
out- wastegate
controller:
pres.inlet-intake manifold

I plugged the compressor port.And I used the fitting that came w/ the profecb and put it on the wastegate.Kinda loose @ start but it fit in.
Sorry if this is long but I really don't wanna rebuild again.I don't know how much more high boost my motor can take.TIA

sounds like somethign is hooked up backwards. if you hook up a mbc backwards, the same thing results, infinite boost
