I get this damn code every now and then while letting the car time down. WTF? How can I fix this w/o blocking it off and dealing with the CEL? I also noticed that I get a hesitation everynow and then right at or 1 psi. Almost like my MAP is freaking out. I'm not sure how to check the voltage of my MAP to make sure the clamp is working. I haven't got a code from that but I really don't want one. Can the EGR prob cause the hesitation? Thanks.

I've had my EGR blocked for 6 months with no CEL. Only time i got a CEL, the harness had come unplugged from the vacuum actuator. You may just want to rip it out .. you can keep the CEL away by plugging a 1.2K ohm, 100W rated resistor into the EGR harness connector.. Just so it thinks it's still plugged it.

Hey did you make your own block off plate or just buy one? Also I tried resetting the CPU and the light stays on. Still 32. Could I have some other sensor prob? I also get a nasty hesitation @ 0 psi. My blinky A/F still sweeps and won't go green. I know it takes a sec. to kick in but sometimes it doesn't ever go green. It's about 9 degrees F. here, could the weather cause this? How is everybody checking MAP voltages? I've had probs w/ a Vc-1 and got something else through Wyatt back in the day. Sorry for all the questions. Thanks

I just made my own blockoffs.. the whole EGR unit is still there, i just removed the tube and blocked off those ports.
