Does anyone have clear photos of how/where the inline fuel pump and fuel regulator is mounted? HRC forgot to include the fuel system instructions so, I had them fax it to me. The photos are pretty much black.

I got my FPR to fit underneath the cruise control box. I just fabricated a metal strip that looks like _|---|_ with the 2 tabs screwed into the firewall and the FPR rivited to the flat top part. It worked pretty slick.

OK, HRC accidentally sent the LATE fuel kit instead of the early kit. My mechanic is completely done with everything else. All that's left is the fuel system. He is currently a total of 12 hours into it.
HRC wants me to send the late kit back and THEN they will send the early kit to me. That's probly a 6-10 day wait at least.
I (and my mechanic) think that we can "make it work" with what we got, since it seems the only difference is hoses/fittings/bolts and the like. All of which he should have fairly easy access to.
What opinions do you have about what i should do?
If I wait for the correct kit, that means at least another 6 hours labor to put everything back to stock. Because I'll have to make a whole other appointment. Do you think HRC would reimburse for something like that? i doubt it.
If we "make it work", there's no guarantee it will work the way it's supposed to.

I think you should overnight it to them, and ask them to cover shipping to overnight it back to you. They may be agreeable to this.

This need not take so long...there is a much quicker alternative.
We can ship the correct fuel system immediately. All we will need is a credit card number. We will not charge the card if we receive the other fuel system back.
This does occur from time to time, but the advantage our turbosystem has is that it can be had in different fuel system configurations to suit the early and late differences.
A tip for those who order systems from us: find the fuel pressure regulator on your car before you order. it's either on the fuel rail under the hood, or on the fuel filter near the fuel tank. Have this info ready when you order and you will get the right system!
Thanks, and JustOne, let me know if you need anything else, Bill
