What pound spring did yours come with? Mine had a 7lb spring whitch would give me 5psi (2psi loss from FMIC) but i think sone have the 5lb spring, but i'm not sure. You might have a boost leak, or the place where you taped in the boost gauge might be leaking and not showing the true boost reading.

does the car feel fast? Probably a vacuum leak somewhere between the intake mani and the boost gauge. Might also be a vacuum leak somewhere else too..or a boost leak. Do a pressure test.

How can you really tell how much psi your losing due to your intercooler. As far as I can see I don't lose any, it just goes higher emoji I did notice with the intercooler the boost feels more linear...

I had to rig mine for stage I while I was waiting for my FMIC.
StageI -- I was hitting 7psi
StageII with FMIC -- Only hit 5psi.

That's a good way to tell...^_^

Let me take this oppertunity to say I dont like the new layout of the forum.

Just curious if without an intercooler, will I have a problem keeping 5psi with only adjusting the wastegate?
