I would like to make a few HP by changing the fuel pressure setting. What pressure should I set it to at idle?

You shouldn't need a FPR after intake/header/exhaust. NA our cars usually run rich. Most people use an AFC to lean things down instead of adding more fuel. Get a numeric A/F and you can see how rich your car is running (or lean).

<<<<You need to be able to see the difference between .88v (lean), .92v (nice on a 2G with 92 octane gas) and .96v (rich) at full throttle.>>>>

Thats what RRE had on thier page.. Take it for what its worth I guess...

BTW, Is it actually possible to go over 1 volt?

Darkone said he had 1.6v on his.

I was in 2nd gear and slowed way down and floored it in second at like 10 mph. It got really rich until 3000 rpms or so. At WOT I hit between .92 - .98 but it's never the same for certain gears and rpms. I guess that shows you how fast the computer is changing the fuel injectors. I know I am running a little rich and should probably lean it out a little bit with a S-AFC.

Super20G mentioned the right range...but it really depends on your car and installation. Bad wiring or a bad ground can make alot of difference. Getting 1.04V once isn't bad, the O2 sensor tops out around 1V (+/-?). If you got 1.2V+, I would be suspicious. One test is to get going about 40-50 mph and quickly pull your foot off the gas. The A/F meter should hit approximately zero. If it is significantly negative or significantly positive, you have a problem. We're talking numbers on the order of 0.05.
