I'm not sure if Hahn is making kits for the new Neons, but that would be the place to look online.

Also, SCC ran an article about 3 months ago on all of the aftermarket parts for Neons. There were several forced induction packages there, so he might want to take a look.

If you can follow instructions well, and are somewhat mechanically inclined, it should be a pretty smooth install. It took some friends and I (one being a professional mechanic) 10 hours to get everything said and done for a stage 1 HRC. That was with a hydraulic lift in a garage and power tools.

It took us so long because we wanted to make sure everything was correctly installed. When I upgraded to stage 2 with the FMIC, it took another 10 hours. This is because I was working on jackstands, and it takes a LONG time to cut the bumper to fit the intercooler. It would take a LOT less time for a SMIC. We were also working very late at night and were getting punch drunk.

So it can be done in a driveway with proper tools. Reading the directions, and having the HRC tech line a phone call away, it is fairly straightforward.

don't know if the star stage II applies but it took me and a couple of friends about 18- 20 hours to install(none of us know that much about cars, just basics). those intructions for the star kit are really crappy! lol...

http://www.anyturbo.com Howell automotive sells it. There's also a feature of it in the lastest issue of Mopar Now. Apperantly they were the 1rst to turbo a 2G neon. The kits not cheap though. Their site has info on it.
