Rarely but everyonce in a while the car will barely boost at all. 90% of the time i get 5lbs no problem. But every once in a while the car will only hit about 1lb of boost under WOT at 4k-5k rmps and when i lift off the gas instead of the normal rapid air sound (tsss, tssss, tsss) i only get one soft woosh from the bov. Any thoughts as to why this is happening?
I have checked all IC Pipes, All Vacuum hoses and exhaust leaks, any ideas?

The only thing I can think of is your wastegate might be getting stuck open somehow. Is the cotter pin in your wastegate on the exhaust housing? If so, it might be something wrong with the flapper.

Sounds good, I will check it out, here is a another clue: the bov never makes that sound no matter how much boost I am at, sound i think it could be a problem with it. Any more ideas? Kelly
