it adjust's your fuel curve...either riching it up or leaning it down. Get a/f ratio gauge that reads the volts of the o2 sensor. I think you want the volts at like .88 so shoot for .90. that way your not getting too much fuel that wastes gas and slows you down and not running lean, that can blow your shit up. If its not working right you will feel the leaness if its lean. Trust me on that one. =/ hehe it took me a while and a lot of playing around to get use to it.
THe gains depend on your mods. There are guys on here that have turbos running high boost levels, they have to buy larger injectors so there is enough fuel. The computer in the car can only run certain size injectors. They have to use the S-AFC to make the computer run the larger injectors.
Other cars that have less mods can use the S-AFC to lean out the fuel a little bit because our cars run rich and we can get a few extra HP leaning it out. This can distroy your engine if leaned too much. You cannot tell what you are doing with the S-AFC unless you have a A/F gauge/O2 voltage gauge and more importantly an Exhaust Gas Temperature gauge.

Next to nothing while N/A depends on the mods. I am sure running 12.0+:1 compression is going to require larger injectors and I'll need some control of them. . . .
