took much patience, time, parts galore from eGay, and wayy too much $$ but here it is. Turbo is a t3/t4 63 AR, 57 trim and i forgot the other specs - basically the same I had before, just not chinese ebay knockoff. started and no leaks.. very happy. The exhaust doesn't line up so will need to have some welding done (you can tell by the wastegate block-off flange on the DP).

special thanks to casbon for his heater hose write-up in the wiki. enjoy the eye candy

looks good! looks like it took quite some time lol i kinda did it the same way on mines except i removed the heater hoses and hard lines for a more cleaner look. mines runs from the thermostat housing to the turbo then from the turbo down to the water neck. Works Wonders! =)

I used pretty thick coolant hoses as you can see in the pics, I figured it'd work more efficiently getting more water through the turbo.

I love your ic pipe color hehe. My watercooled setup has the turbo and heater core in series. I suppose there isnt much difference with your parallel setup other than the use of t fittings.

Thanks for that. Some good info. Its hard to tell in the pics but my turbo isnt clocked horizontally its offset a little bit. The side facing the manifold is upward facing while the radiator side in facing down a little. I cant clock the chra down anymore because the oil return line is right up against the water neck under the turbo. I would need to use like a 45* -AN fitting at the turbo oil drain.
