Well the choice for the comp cover is becuase the way my bay is a bigger one wont fit. So I'm looking for what turbos can reach my power mark and have that same comp. cover.

I have a friend who is selling his PTE SC-5031E, but I cant seem to find a compressor map for it, the specs says it's good for 450hp but I have no idea of the efficiency I will be running it to get near the 450 mark. Any input will be appreciated, thanxs in advance.

That comp housing looks too big, I need it to be 3" Inlet and 2" outlet. with a 5 bolt exhaust housing if possible.

You never specified the hotside. Also, a T04e compressor housing does not necessitate a 3" filter inlet. The T04e housing is based on external dimensions.

Anyway, you can get the 3076R with the optional smaller inlet housing. Both housings are T04e, they are just available with alternate filter inlets.
