Searched but couldn't find it... Anyone know what size fuel injectors come with the Portfueler for the 16g turbo setup at 10psi? Also, does anyone know what stage 2, 3, 4, and 5 injector sizes are for the Portfueler along with psi, 16g or 20g combos? I am looking for 10-15 psi on a custom 8 injector intake, what size injectors would suffice and allow room to up the boost as well. Please let me know, I can't get ahold of Hahn for any questions and couldn't find via search. Thanks!

there is no 2 or 3 stage PF injectors. The only stages made were 4 & 5. stg 4 is #40 accel injectors (420cc), stg 5 is #48 injectors (500cc). One will support 24-25psi safely, the other 27 or more psi.

you can run any size you want. Just calculate the primaries and secondaries together when doing a fuel injector calculation. It also must be tuned via the split-second software (PF software)

Does anyone have the stage 4 calibration tune? I only need a tune to support up to 15psi at the moment and only have 48lb injectors, would those be okay? I do plan to push 20psi after the car is broken in a little more. Thank you for the info, just what I was looking for! emoji

this is the original hahn map created to compliment the stage 4 kit. It is very conservative at static fuel pressure of 45psi. You owe me: http://www.easy-share.com/1910047747/hahn_map.zip

if you want more fuel, start tuning. good luck.

Wow, can't thank you enough! My friend was actually looking for this as well! Def owe you one! So, what psi were you running with this tune? (16g I am assuming) Also, since I have the 48lb injectors, can I just lean map out by 5% and work my way into getting it in the ball park with the bigger injectors? (since that tune is for the 420cc injectors and I have 490's?) THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The stage 4 and 5 base maps from Hahn are exactly the same. If you run a 16g, use 40lb injectors for the tune to be right. And 48lb injectors for the 20g. As far as how many psi the injector is good for, doesn't really matter because the Split Sec software only goes to 26psi. Most of us using the 16g with the larger 48lb injectors have found that right around 15% is what needs to be taken out. Although everyone's setup is different so don't just put it in and assume its right.

That's what I was thinking. I'll probably just take out 15% and log a run and keep an eye on my afr and see where that puts me. Thanks for the help!

Well, finally got to do some logging and found that -15% wasn't close to enough, I am at -20% now and am about to go to about -22%. Still dipping around 10.2-10.7 afr. Fuel pressure is at 45psi. Feels good though!

Edit: what do you guys do for logging boost with afr with an innovate lc-1? How do you log boost with it? Or do most of you use the Zeitronix with the MAP sensor? I can't find anthing as far as a boost sensor to plug into the lc-1's serial port. Is there such a thing?

This is the same question I want to know about! I only plan to boost about 13-17lbs and wanted to know the injector size. On the kit description I think it talks about 500cc injectors and thinking do you have to us that size. I know they talk about high boost applications but I would think portfueler works well with low boost as well or anything higher then 8psi.

I run the PF with 270cc primaries and 500cc secondaries. I am running 16psi on the S16G Hahn turbo system, and by removing 15% on Hahns base map, I was able to achieve 11.2-11.5 AFR's across the board at WOT.

I log 3rd gear pulls on my ZT-2 datalogger which records AFR, boost pressure, TPS, RPM, etc.

1999 Eclipse GS
Built motor
Hahn 16G Turbo w/ FMIC
Hahn Stage 5 Portfueler (270's & 500's)
Zeitronix Zt-2 wideband w/ 3.5bar MAP
3" SS Turbo Back
CM Stage 4 Clutch and Fidanza Flywheel
Baer Big Brake Kit

Yeah, thinking I'm gonna have to get the zeitronix system. This innovate just isn't cutting it.

Wow, took 26% out of the Hahn map and still not getting afr in the 11's.... lol, looks like I'm gonna still be pulling fuel. It is getting better though, I'm around 10.6-10.8, Hahns base map must have been sick rich.

Edit: looks like I'm gonna be pulling 28% now.

Wow haha I took around -20% i think and got it to the ~11.5. But that was only good till I hit about 12psi or 3500RPM...Then I found out the clutch won't hold the power
