hello, im going to be running 8lbs of boost on my 97 rs stock 420a, will i need to get a safc, or do i even need to tune (if im running that little of boost) thanks alot guys.

What else are you installing besides the turbo? The fact that you are asking if you need to tune means you have no idea what you are doing with a turbo. Go buy a book, such as
