#107464, "Searched to no avail."

To start with, yes I did use the search function. I checked through what I can since I dont own a computer. I am using someone elses.
My question is, I have a rebuilt 95 GS with 30k on it. I want to run a measely 7-10 lbs. I will be using a sidemount to keep things hidden. Along with a small turbo. Low key is what I am aiming for. What do I need to modify for that low of boost? I want just a little extra umph for out on the highway considering I drive almost 1500 miles every two weeks for work. I am really just trying to figure what all I will have to do to have her ready for a LITTLE extra power. Is there anything I need to change with the fuel or computer? Or can I do like a 3K does and switch to a higher flow injector with the same impendence?
Sorry this is so long. But I appreciate the help.

If you're just wanting like 7lbs I'd say keep stock ECU/injectors, just go with a vortech 12:1 FMU. Everything else should be fine, no need for a bunch of extras that you don't need.

At around 7psi of boost and a 12:1 you are going to be pushing your stock fuel system to its limit.

If you want to run 10psi you are going to need an upgraded fuel system. Consider a new pump, injectors, and a regulator at a minimum.

Do you really want fuel pressures in excess of 125 psi? Granted many have run their setups that way for periods of time but you are playing with fire in my opinion.

Perhaps your first investment should be in a computer, so you can research this further. Once you really get into this, you will have a lot of questions can best be answered by hours of searching the internet. If you want to invest the minimum time in research, then I suggest you go for a conservative design. That would be a Stage 2 type turbo system (stock injectors, walbro pump, high ratio regulator, intercooler) running Stage 1 type boost (5-6 psi). Once you are comfortable with how everthing works and the limits of the components, you can determine how to proceed with more boost.

i agree with corbin, you will spend a massive amount of time looking up small details that you wont think or read about when your about to install the kit.

Thank you mobil one for rust proofing my driveway.

I run exactly what you are asking for. 98 RS with 5-6 PSI max on an all stock motor with 100K and 5 plus years without problems. Gives a nice little boost in power with little or no hassle involved with going to the 7-10PSI range. I ran 15.11 and 15.12 at the track in the only two passes I've ever done. 93-94 MPH I think.

I built with used Hahn kit parts bought here from thedawg.
Super16G 6PSI max
I run a FMIC since I thought I would boost more someday.
I also have a full 3" exhaust (again for future PSI target)
Walbro 255HP fuel pump
Synapse Synchronic FPR set at 12:1
Missing Link (You won't need that with a 95 ECU)
New spark plugs

I run stock ECU, no ignition mods, OEM injectors, OEM clutch, etc. (all still original parts with 100K+ miles)

Thank you for the help.
As of now. I am down to only a few more parts before I put the kit I have on.
The fuel pump and the fpr and I should be good. Aside from intercooler Piping.
Thanks again. I really appreciate the help. Yall are life savers.
