it is possible, personally if you have a 96+ yr, i would rec using both an FCD and a missing link... contact mike eclipse982nrRST for a replacement FCD, and ive seen a few missing links hangin' around the F/S forums.
as for the the PCM seeing higher then 4.7+ Volts, you will notice terrible bogging, and no power.

This is the first I've heard of using both, whats the story behind that? I thought just one was good enough.. I use the Symtech FCD and have no problems
