Got my oil pan off this morning, got the bung for the return welded in, then got my feed setup on.. holy crap, all I have to say is I wish I was warned. The area is so cramped I had a hard time getting it done, but finally did. I just wanted to note here for those looking to do this in the future.. you will need a 27mm deep well socket to get the damn oil pressure sender off! I ended up having to hit up Harbor Freight and buy $50 worth of tools (a set of adapters for the 3/4" drive I needed and a set of large metric deep wells).
I didn't install the turbo yet since I don't have the fuel system installed. So I used a -4an male-male union and a -4an cap to plug the end of the feed for now. Sometime this week I'll get the fuel system, FCD, and boost gauge done, grab my exhaust gasket, and next weekend I'm doing the install.. I get my wisdom teeth out Friday (I waited til 22 to do it.. and they're BAD so I have to be put out for it) so hopefully that won't keep me from getting it done!
But yeah.. looks good. No leaks as far as I can tell. I used teflon paste on every connection. There are like 3 1/2 threads sticking out of the block on the brass T I used, so hopefully I won't get an oil leak back there.

You and I are on the same task. I just welded the bung on my oil pan, mocked up the intercooler and piping today. I am waiting to complete the fuel system to finish the install. I went with the Treadstone Turbo kit with a 62mm BB upgrade on the turbo, Tial wastegate upgrade, and the TRV25 upgrade on the intercooler. I hope to be done by the end of the month. Good luck!!!
