So I'm at work and about to put together an order for my oil feed & return lines. I drove the Mazda today so I don't have the car with me and I need some info. I'm getting fittings from ATP and Home Depot to tap the oil pressure port for the oil feed, but I need to know how long of a feed line to order. I'm also ordering an oil restrictor for the turbo.. also, any input on feed line sizing?
In addition, how long will my return line need to be in order to make the connection to the pan and not kink? I'm installing the fitting in the location the Hahn kit recommends. Sizing advice on this one would be great, as well.
Last one I have is about intercoolers. I've run across several front mounts with the inlet & outlet on the same size, but am not sure about the efficiency of this setup. It would definitely make pipe routing easier, but does anyone have any input on running a setup like this, ie pressure drop differences, air routing within the IC (will it still get proper airflow to cool the charge?), etc?

oil feed would be 31cm and up(its all where you run it.) from the top of the right side of the block. the oil return would be about 16cm and thats with the oil return that came from Hahn. intercooler wize i would get one that has both inlet and outlet on the same side so piping would be easy.
