Hey all, I just finished my Turbo Manifold, and am now working on the down pipe and exhaust.

My debate is a muffler, the car will not be street driven if only to local shows on a dealer or repair plate. so DBs are of no issue to me.

Im currently debating a few brands, and Im looking for some insight from people that own these on their turbo motors.

Vibrant - RACE muffler

Thermal Research Universal

Remus - not sure on model, because Im not sure on how they will sound

Apexi N1 - the turbo design that summit and jegs sell?

Greddy - not sure of the model again, i put the GS-t full exhaust on my v6 avenger and really loved it

or any other..

keep in mind its all track car, looking for no rasp at high rpm, deep throat at idle.

just make sure to get the FWD version, don't be like foggy and try hacking up the AWD setup

well Im having the whole system made from scratch so alls i need is a muffler, that is what this thread is for, what muffler will perform and sound the best...

I prefer the sound of Thermal R&D.

It's what I plan on using when I do my exhaust.

I used to have a Tanabe Racing Medalion catback and it sounded evil.
