#105549, "Vacuum question"

My car is idling rough. It will start up good for about 5 seconds, then sounds like it is missing intermitently. I just rebuilt my engine so I had to disconnect my vac. lines. When I put them back on I must have done it wrong. What lines run to the back of the intake manifold? I also blocked off my egr valve. When you do this do you completely eliminate the vac. line going to the egr valve since it's not connected anymore? I have also noticed that when I back up or pull up and let off the gas to apply the brake my car will stall out. Then when I try to crank it back up, it won't turn over. I'll let it sit for about 1 minute or so and try again and it will turn over. It also will surge ever now and then when i'm cruising at low speeds (10-15 mph). I figured it was a fuel problem. I set my static pressure on my sfmu to 40 psi, and when idling it sits at about 30 to 26 psi. I know it has to do with a vacuum line, but I'm so confused and tired of looking at diagrams. Also, would it be the iac?

What injectors are you running? From what I remember reading I can't think of injectors that you would set your idle @ 30psi for.
