Can you change your rev limit with the DFI? If not what computer cal I use to do it. I have a built valvetrain and I want to at least go up to 8000rpm.

Ummm, the DFI can't over-ride the factory ECU, so I think you would have to have your factory ECU re-programmed first.

For that, you'll need a Haltech. It replaces the factory ECU and is a fully programmable stand alone engine management system.

I believe the Electromotive TEC-II can do this as well?

Acell DFI is a piggy back computer that works with the stock one, You need a stand alone engine managment because no one has figured out how to change the program of our computers. The guys over a ASOG were working with Superchips but they couldn't crack the code.
I was doing some reading and our ECU has all the info "flashed" in to it by Satan. Sometimes the ECU needs to be reprogrammed and Satan will do it by hooking up to the Test port and flashing the new program. I don't know shit about computers BUT someone on the board has to know enough to figure out how to reverse engineer the computer program and change it to what ever specs we want, like higher red line.
