Well I already got boosted and finishing the final details. Being installing the f/ic and wideband and an FMIC and getting it dyno tunned. After that the plan was to save up and rebuild the block with forged internals, then save up again and do a head I have spare with P&P, OS valves, angle jobs all that, everything new and some crower springs and retainer along with some cams dunno know which yet and cam gears.
Well that's a lot of money just by doing numbers of the top of my head.. It's close to $5000!!! thing is when I do that I will definatly will have to replace at least: bov, WG and injectors if I am going to run at like 20 psi on the street. thats at least 600 more plus tunning and dyno after that has been changed...
So I was thinking do I really need all that? I don't want an 11s car .. So since my car already has 150k miles on it why not just do a rebuild but with stock internals and do the head and save myself at least 2000+ that can be used for other things.... I'm already boosting up to 14 psi on a 150k engine and pulls really good with a rebuild should be way better... just trying to get the most of what I already have. Please let me know what you think, all suggestions are welcome and thanxs in advanced.!

I would rather build the block and keep the head stock over building the block with stock parts and rebuilding the head. Hahn used a stock head on their car and achieved amazing results even with the stocker head. As far as the wastegate, what gate are you using? I dont see why you would need to 'upgrade' one if there is nothing wrong with the one you are using.
If you dont want a faster car, just something nice to get into and drive and have fun in (seems like how it is now) I would go the route above if it were my car. I would rather rely on a built bottom end to last over risking higher boost levels on the stock bottom end.
Good Luck with your decisions, buts that my 2 cents.

I don't think a stock motor will last long on 14psi. Have you done a compression test?

14psi is too much on a stock motor. You will break ring lands on those pistons if you dont drop the boost and it will probably happen soon. I agree 100% with the above statement about building up the bottom end. If you want to save money and you don't want an 11 sec car, leave the head alone. You'll be surprised what 20 psi will do with a stock head.
Matt 1995 Eclipse GS 2.0L, S16g Turbo, 8 Injectors, 26psi
1998 Eclipse GSX 2.3L Stroker, AEM EMS Converted to Speed Density, FP3065 Turbo, 35psi , and so on...
