Ok so this is my first posi here sinceIi decided to search my a$$ off before posting. I have a built motor with the HRC Stage 2 kit which I'm now wanting to take to the next step or 2 or 3 lol. mods right now are:

8.8:1 JE Pistons
Eagle H-beam rods
Fully ported head w/ ferrea valvetrain
550cc accels
Walbro 255+ fuel pump
Megasquirt II w/ 4 bar map sensor
lightweight flywheel and act clutch

Now Polk Performance in Little Rock did all the work and they're known pretty well around the area for the quality of they're builds and they tell me the motor should handle 400-450whp no problem. Is there anything else right now that i may have missed that I'm going to need to be running around 350 whp?
I do have boost controlling cap. and other little things needed but wanted to keep it short.


By the way I'm currently in Iraq so I'm trying to figure out every other minor detail i could be missing from here so any help would be appreciated as I'll be coming home to here in January

Hmm.....doncha think you need a turbo, lol?

Using an Aeromotive FPR? Don't forget all the lines and fittings you will need.

550's for 350whp, should be OK, but I would definitely go bigger (especially with MSnS) less duty cycle, less work for the injectors, more margin for error.

Ok I did list that I had the HRC stage 2 kit installed but it wasnt on the list of mods with everything else my bad. Yes I've upgraded running a gt35/40r and got the fpr covered thanks for the info guys msns is on its way and I'm going to be ordering 650cc injectors instead of the 550's. All I should need now is a good tune which will be getting done shortly after the MS arrives in a couple weeks crossing my fingers but I'd love to hit the 400whp mark but will be satisfied with 350 for now. I'm told Ill have to get cams to run too much more as the overlap will just shove my boost right out the exhaust at a certain point.

Everything looks good, it really all depends on what you are gonna use to tune the car, and also what size turbo you currently have. I think the stage two comes with a 16g and if that is the case you might be maxing that turbo out at around 350whp.

A 20g will get you there and also give you that room for improvement that you might want down the line.

As far as the head goes, Hahn practically ran a stock head and hit 500whp, so you should be good. Buttom end should hold everything that you throw at it also.
