wow, I am confused.

You installed a new oil feed line and now your boost went from 5 to 11psi magically?

Did you crack/split a vacuum line to the MBC or something?

What are you using to prevent fuel cut as well?

start by removing the MBC and running a new line from the turbo to the wastegate and see if that helps the problem

How do you have your mbc routed??? Pictures??? Make sure your vac line isn’t resting on your manifold.
