With a manual boost controller....
Or a bleeder valve but I wouldn't recommend the latter.

With your Hahn stage 2 you should have a 9psi wastegate actuator. But anyway, if you want to raise the boost you need a manual (or electronic) boost controller and put in in-line with the wastegate actuator vacuum line.

edit: NVM your fuel setup's in your sig. Have at it with a MBC as the others have said.

Seems like it's on the high end for those injectors, (disclaimer: from what I've read) but only your a/f's will tell. Care to share with us what they are?
BTW how's it feel to more than double your boost
