I know that the oil drain line needs to be pure GRAVITY from the turbo, and I believe that this will work, however I am a bit concerned that the line may back up with oil on the bottom. The place the fitting was welded to the pan is such that this is the only way I could make it connect/work...
Does it look ok to you or do I need to figure out another way to route it?
ALSO does anyone know of a place to get THIS fitting? It is the last thing I need and is driving me mad!!

return line looks just fine. unless it's curved back up somewhere that we can't see in the pics

crap yeah, i just took a quick look at the CHRA and thought it was a BB core. my fault
this is where i might be off since i only know garett turbos, but i think i recall the S16 needing a 10mm banjo fitting on the upper oil supply. now these are avaliable seperatly (banjo fitting, bolt, and crush washers) from RRE http://www.roadraceengineering.com/2g16ginstallkit.htm however i would call them and ask what is needed for the S16, the owner Mike is a GOOD guy and his staff is very good and will make sure you get the right stuff
if you dont need the banjo then you will just need a regular AN-NPT adapter iirc its 1/4" to -4AN which can be had from where ever you got your return line from, or Jegs, Summit, etc
hope this helps
