hey i have a stage one and just had a greddy catback put on.. on the way home i started hearing my feul pump get real loud. no its just crazy loud, and vibrates alot. before it was quiet and could barely be heard with stock pipes and an aftermarket exaust, but now with a full cat back its super loud...any answers?..also now when i shut off my car the car shakes and rattles after it turns off.what the hell?

my car shakes when i turn the engine off too. after you turn the key off it shakes and makes a funny noise.

Is there a flex section anywhere in your exhaust? If not, it's probably because most of the engine vibration is being transfered to the car body through the solid exhaust and welded on hangers. Mine has no flex section, and has the same symptoms.

Now for the fuel pump.. They're loud. Are you losing fuel pressure? Does it start hard now?

Check the install on it, and check that it is sealing well in it's housing.

yes i have a flex section still there....but my car never shook before this new exaust system...and the fuel pump looks ok...is it normal to get louder after installing a new exaust?

Off the top of my head i'd say no, but i've always had an exhaust.. I do think i remember mine getting louder after a while, though.. maybe 2-3 weeks of having the turbo.
