Ok i am in the process of putting everything back together, and when i put the injector plate and the lower portion of the intake mani i see that the studs don't come out the other side.

Is this normal? I could probably make it work if i back the studs out of the head more but that just doesn't seem right to me

Anyway i made a call to hahn to ask the tech guy but no one answered so i am waiting on a call back a figured i would post here to see if this happened to anyone else.

thanks,
Kevin

Should come with longer stud and bolts...

It did but they aren't that much longer the the stockers. I am finding out though that the ones that come with the kit are all like that (according to another site).

I might be heading out to pick up some nice ss ones cause i am hearing bad things about the ones hahn includes now emoji

Maybe don't thread them in as much? I was having a similar problem when I bought studs for my turbo manifold. I just backed them out farther from the head and then it fit up perfect.

Thats what scares me though, if they are not treaded into the block enough that they might back out and i would have a major problem/plus the intake mani is heavy if they aren't in there enough it could bend the studs or worst.

I think i am just going to pick up some longer ones just to be safe from the local parts store. I would rather be safe then sorry.
