alright, so i had wanted to do a turbo build for my car, but with college coming up, i just cant afford it so i figure a cheaper substitute would be to get a nitrous kit. ive done some reading about it thanks to the search but i havn't really found a clear anwser. I want to run a 55 shot on stock internals, but my engine has about 110 000 miles on it i think, ( 175 000km, not sure the exact miles) i just want to have a bit of extra power and would use a shot about 3-4 times a month. So basically, i know its a risk to use, but how big of a chance do i have that i will destroy my engine withen a year or so? i plan to rebuild another engine over the summer with stock components because i cant afford forged anything lol so as long as this one lasts me a year or so i should be fine. another thing, ive been noticing that alot of people are wondering about how legal it is to have on the road, and it seems that as long as there isnt pressure in the lines, you are alright, so basically you need a purge kit? now i could probably set up the kit at home, but how hard is it to add a purge kit? is it pretty much you press a switch and the pressure from the lines are relised? thanks for any help.
Thank you mobil one for rust proofing my driveway.
