Hey guys, I am going to rebuild my 420a for turbo, but I want to rebuild the motor ASAP because the head gasket is leaking worse and I might as well pull the motor and rebuild it all at once since it will need to be built for boost. Are 8:8:1 compression pistons going to run ok naturally aspirated? I'm assuming it will run like crap with no power (like it had any power stock). But will it cause any problems? Thanks

+1 on running like a dog, It sucks gas too, I have msns and I am getting a little more than 300 to a tank where when I had the oem ecu doing things it was only getting around 270. I still have to lean some areas out on my cruising because its droping to high 11s low mid 12s. I can't wait to turbo it I just don't have the cash.
