#10102, "Stock ECU?"

I got a question. When changing out the factory ECU and replacing it with a new one, is there anything else that needs to be replaced like a relay or fuse for it? My ecu went out, and I bought a replacement one. But, when I hooked it up, there's no power going to the ecu or fuel pump. I changed the fuel pump relays to see if that worked and it still didn't. Any ideas? I heard someone say the the IAC needs to be changed when you change out the ecu because that's like a relay for it. Anyone heard of that? Help please.
