i bought manifold on ebay , wastegate flange is on top and now Tial 38mm wastegate is hitting hood( vacuum bolt), i can still close hood, but you can see little dent in hood where vacuum bolt is, now does top of wategate gets hot and is it ok to drive like this, thank you

Are you using a electronic boost controller? If not, you don't use that top vacuum port. Take the bolt out of it completely and use the side port for the wastegate.

Where did you get that from? I have a similar one with the same problem... I don't use the top port right now, but it's still aggravating that someone would sell a product with such little research into the design.

Okay... who made it? Do you have a link to the auction? I'm just curious as to who's putting out those manifolds... it looks uncannily similar to mine.
