Am I missing the boost screw? Aren't their suppose to be 3 screws? I only see 2. If one is missing what does that mean? Will it affect anything major? If so is there a way to get a new one? Thanks.

Hard to tell from the pic, but I'm gonna guess no. That last screw is a small one inside the hole that you use an allen key to get out if I remember correctly. Take a good look in there and check.
