I searched the whole site and didn't really find anything that answered my question. I'm going to try to hook my sfmu up to my stock fuel rail. My question is what is the best way to hook my feed line from the sfmu onto my stock fuel rail. I did read about cutting the end off, tapping it, putting a allen bolt in there and then welding on the fitting I needed. But, that all seems like alot of work. Is their any other way to connect the feed line to the fuel rail without doing all that or is that the only way? Don't get me wrong if that is the only way then I will do it. Just wondering if another way had been discovered since those old post. Thanks.

the end off the fuel rail is a -4an size. just use a bicycle valve stem remover (forget what its called exactly) and then screw a -4an fitting on.
edit: its called a schrader valve remover.

So I just use my stock feed line for the fuel. Connect from the fuel rail to the sfmu and the sfmu to the return on the fuel pump?? What do I do with the stock fuel return line connection on the end of the fuel rail? Just leave it with nothing connected to it or do I block it off?

I wondered this as well. From what I've read, you run the 4an fitting from the test port on the passenger side of the fuel rail which in turn goes to the sfmu. Then back to the return on the pump. I've yet to figure out what to do with the return hose off the rail.

Yeah, but I want the return line to have -an fittings on both ends. Before I just have a ss fuel line cut off and stuck on the stock fuel return on the fuel rail running to the fpr. I didn't like it too much.

So weld a bung on the return side of the rail and put your -4an fitting on....wala. Its what I did.
