i need someone if they can to ask them to get ahold of hks to fax or e-mail me a copy of the hks aic 3 instruction manual. i called hks and they gave me the number of my local dealer who is an asshole. he keeps saying that he called them and told them to fax them but i call hks up and they say that they never called. so i ask hks why they can't just fax me them and they said they need a dealer to call and request it to be faxed. if anyone could do this i would appreciate it and would give points. my fax is 1-570-467-0447 and my e-mail is ta_mike@hotmail.com

Have you tried to google it and see if its available on the interweb? Most big dogs like Apexi and the like have pdf versions of their instruction manuals available online.
