I just got my bottom end built (fresh 20 over, 8:8 JE Pistons, Eagle H beam rods, Total Seal rings, Melling oil pump, new rod and main bearings

The only thing holding me back is my fuel system

Well I was just doing the math....

To see what I could boost

And I came out with around 11 psi, I could safely boost…

Has anyone gone more daily, with 310’s?

I dont think that should be a big problem, I'm looking at 310's for 6 - 8 psi, sure its not the same as 11 psi, my buddy had the same injectors in his GS turbo running 10 psi.

I've ran 15psi sometimes and Extreme runs 13psi daily. At 15psi you're maxxing them out, but it's suffecient.

yea i no..but dont 440s make our motors run and idle like shit????

i would get 440s, but i already have my 310s in, and im really low on cash for a while...

sick...imhappy with 13 psi....i was on 7 psi b4, in first and second i couldent even use the boost, my tires just kept spinning

what do you think you can boost with 9.6 compression? i have custom JE pistons by the way..thanks

I no a guy who is at like 10 something compression....

He boosts like 13 psi daily

You can boost really whatever, but your margin for error in tuning is really small…Your chances of detonating are bigger

i know that...i meant how much boost with the 310s until they max out....i know the calculation is with horsepower, so with 9.6 compression, i will have more horsepower....would i be safe with 10-12psi with those injectors? after that im putting in 450's, water injection, and upping the boost}( ....i heard someone say with 8.8 they were maxing the 310s out at 15....so i figure 12 might be the same as that...im just going to do whatever the 1g wastegate actuator opens up at...i thought it was anywhere from 7-11psi....
