uhh so winters coming up right..

anyone have ideas to help protect it?? if i need to or whatever



Car Status: P0140 o2 circuit number bank 1 sensor 2 Cel. Ill fix it tomorow lol.

Estimated mileage on engine: 15,xxx

Just drive it. I drove mine last winter for awhile and it was a pretty rough winter for us Canadians. The hood was fine, then when I got laid off I just parked the car in the driveway with the hood on, and it was still fine. Just make sure the car is up to temp before driving around (only thing that would hurt the hood, I think, is that when super cold it could get brittle, and then a large rock/chunk of ice might damage it, but even then that's unlikely). At proper operating temp. the hood will be kept warm by the engine.


My opinion anyway.

if i get money ill get a junkyard hood but i guess ill just drive it

I have ran mine two winters with no problems....So No use for a stocker hood

I wouldn't worry to much about winter... Summer and sun is your cf hood's enemy.
