#99434, "Which wheels are these?"

First off, this car is without a doubt one of my favorite cars I have come across. Major props to the owner of this car. I am sure many of you would agree with me.

On to my question though, which wheels are these? I have looked around and I narrowed it down to 2 possibilities I think it could be. I thought Kyowa kr210 (http://wheelstudio.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/6810?osCsid=df9decea5d1b3ece5bd6e7754496385d) or Rev Wheels Model 11 (http://www.revwheels.com/m11.html)

I am sure many of you have seen this car before. Whose is it anyways?

I hope that my question hasnt been answered before, if it has been, I missed it, cuz believe me I have searched hard.

Joe

Now that we are talking about rims, If I were to get 17s would I be able to run tires whose profile is as thick as the ones I currently have on my 16s, so that it would fill up the gap just a tad more? I think on my current rims I have 205/55/16s but I am not sure. The car looks nice because even though the rims maybe small the tire is big enough to hide some gap, and I am moderately dropped too. (check out my wiki page for bigger pics)
