I did this this weekend and my window is so much better. This is for those of you whose window doesn't seal against the weatherstripping or it rattles like a mofo by the way.

1. First you want to take off the door panel(self-explanatory)
2. Take off plastic that keeps door semi-waterproof.(if you have it)
3. Roll the window down so you have a clear view of the mechanisms.
4. Don't worry about the middle parts that raise and lower the window. Instead, you want to focus on the bolts going through the window(the ones that keep the window on track).
5. Loosen or tighten the bolt(looks wierd but a metric wrench will do it(not sure of the size, prob. a 10mm)). Just adjust it, check window, adjust agian, ect.

This should cure your window rattling promblem and the promblem of the window not sealing against the weatherstripping.

Admin may want to post this somewhere where it is more accesable.

No, you want to roll the window down so that you can see the bolts through the lower hole. You can get better access down there. Strange, my drivers side window is the one f'd up too.

So just a metric 10mm wrench right? I tried doing this the other day, but I thought I'de be easier with the window up, clearing all the mechanisms, but with my power window conversion stuff, its F'ing cluttered in there. Now I know though. Just tighten which bolts...sorry, ill re read your post emoji

EDIT: GOT IT! the bolts going THROUGH the window, there only like one on eahc side if I remember correctly.

No need sir, I just did it! No more rattle! Points to you sir!

And just for the record, my culprits where the bolts that go through the white plastic "brackets", they are shaped like the hanger hooks that are on the ceiliing of the backseat.

The driver side door is probably like that since it is the door most used. To keep this from happening, don't close your door by the window. Use the metal portion of the door. All frameless car doors suffer from this problem.
