yea that frame is toast and I would be prepared to shell out some big ones to get it pulled straight (If it can even be done.) More than likely the cars totaled.

I hope you didn't pay a lot for it, b/c that may just end up being a parts car

The Frame is not bent necessarily, thats like saying a motor is blown without looking at it. Actually there is no such thing as a frame on a Uni-body car.
Seriously though. You will have to see how far the damage is under the car. just by looking at it, you need to get a set of measurements of the door frame and make sure the edges of the frame have not collapsed inwards. If they have you will find some ripples in the tunnel part of the uni-body as well as damage throughout the floor pans.
The door is garbage and many junkyards want 300.00 for a good door shell. You are going to need to cut a full rocker and partial floor pan from a donar car. From the ripples it appears you are going to need to cut a partial quarter panel as well. Cutting these parts out will take you more than 10 hours to do it correctly without damaging them.
The welding is going to be extensive. If your not very good at welding, then this is def not for you.
Honestly unless your very familier with body work, I am not talking about the type of people here who claim to know what thye are doign becasue they slap bondo on something and paint it. I am referring to structural welding and panel alignment/refinishing. If you have never done that kind of work yourself then consider the car a loss.
You can find a good shell for around 1000.00 and that will be cheaper than the work to yours.
