I think you forgot to get out of the turbo section. Pics of the rims your looking into getting would be nice, I know I wouldn't vote having to find pics of them on my own, lol. BTW welcome to the site and I'm in the process of finishing up a post in that turbo thread for you too

Mr7's are out of the question anyways... there are very few instances in which they go well with our cars anyways. They just look good OFF of the car.

I have mr7's but only bc I got a great deal (free with tires pretty much). butt ugly, heavy as hell, played out etc. they're gun and my 2g is blue so it doesnt match imo.
EDIT: MR7's are old as hell too. besides not being lowered, mr7s are what make me wtc when looking at my ride: I'd go with slipstreams or grids

One of my all time favorite 2GNTs sports MR7s. Shame it's been dead more than a year, up on jack stands in a north Phoenix garage.
EDIT: I just went back to 16" ESi wheels. They were cheap, don't attract the attention of fuckstick thieves, and let me just go about my business. Maybe some day in the future I'll go back to something fancier, but this works for me. I have another set I plan on having powder coated black, bronze or white and then I can have this set powder coated one of the other colors. I'll have two sets of nice wheels for under $200 total investment plus tires.
