we use these at work for police/ambulance/fire cars and shit, you could probably come up with something, they don't make a mount specifically for the eclipse, but you could probably use just the top arm and computer sitting area and incorporate it in the dashboard somehow if you plan on fiberglassing more.
EDIT - the pic doesnt show it but it has straps for the computer, also it breaks down at every joint so you don't have to use the entire stand.
