Put the seat on the floor. Line it up as best you can. Mark where it bolts down. Punch through the floorboard with a drill bit and then bolt the seat in place.

Yeah. You can do it. The question is, how will it look when it's done and can you drill those four holes without messing up your fuel or brake lines...?

Do NOT drill extra holes in your floor to make it fit. If you ever got into a crash, whatever is bolting those seats down could rip right out of the holes you drilled.

If they line up, bolt them up. If not, fabricate some brackets to utilize the stock seat mounting holes.

For the record, I was being facetious with the drilling holes remark. Bascially, that's all you would have to do. Whether it is the ideal or safe way to do things remains to be seen. emoji
