In all honesty and I am not even trying to be an ass...if you are asking those types of questions you should start on something small. Also being a novice/beginner like yourself it will take you a lot longer then a weekend to get this completed, especially if you want it to look even semi decent. Its very costly to get good with fiberglass only because practice makes perfect and the supplies aren't all that cheap.

There are some very skilled members on this board that can help you out. Mike aka (eclipse982nrRST) is very good and can make you anything you want! Probably your best bet in the long run...best bet and hassle free!

Yup Yup, listen to him! Glassing is not easy at all. It takes a lot of time and practice to get stuff smooth without it looking wavy. Key to glassing too is very little body filler to keep it cracking. And 98% of beginners use a buttload of body filler because they do not know the proper techniques to glassing. If you want something made, I can make it for you for a good price. Just post up some pics of your ideas.
