Hey everyone, I tried posting this on tuners, but no luck, but

I need some help on installing my Power Window kit on my RS. It is similar to the Spal Kit, however my instructions are very vague, and theres no wiring diagram. I have the GS/GST Door panel with the oem switches. I would like to hook them up to the oem switches but need a pinout. I also would like to know what I should do to make the WindowCrank not rub on the inside of the Doorpanel. Heres what it looks like...
