I don't know if this helps, but when they turn like yellow or blurry, i used a sandpaper, 200 grit then 400 grit then 800, the last sandpaper you use needs to be very fine grit, almost as you are buffing the headlights.

What about to seal that shit back up after its cleaned...... I was thinking putting a hot glue gun to that bitch...... any Ideas?

for the most part, I think you have to take the lenses off and clean all the water out of em, then re-seal them. you can clear your corners while you're at it...
