watup, now my ride is serrano red color, and on the front bumper there is a little bit of black on top of the center opening. the bumper would look a lot better if that shit matched, and same with the foglight covers.
i went to the zone yesterday and they are dumbasses, didnt have a big selection, and i figured i should consult with da crew 1st!
so what kinda paint should i hookup to do this?? have any of u dont it before to serrano red?
hehe...nah see...u gotta be careful yo. Remember bugs and deer and armadillos and people are gonna be hitting that front bumper man. It will chip and look like azzho after a while. If it aint broke...dont fix it! Or, get a new kit for the front.
Ya I repainted everything on my stock front end the same color as my car...but I had it done when the entire bumper was painted so it would match...just wet sand with 400 grit sandpaper, and then you might want to primer it, then paint. I didn't primer first though, but it was painted by the body shop using PPG paint...
I had a few scratches near the bottom of my bumper that were there when I bought it and one day while waiting in line at the parts store, I glanced over and saw some touch up paint in a spray can. Since it was the bottom of the bumper I figured what the hell.... matched pretty good so I masked off the black part and did that too. Can't even tell it's not the same since it's kind of "seperate". Thank GOD that GAP is FINALLY GONE!!!!!
I have the same thing done on mine when my car got hit and they replaced the front bumper i asked them to paint the whole thing and not have that black area in the front only of I remembered to tell them to paint my fog light covers..
