Check your fuses for the lights, it will most likely be the fuse for parking lights. As for the pop with the sunroof deal with it. It's pressure, the car is sealed so well that the easiest place for the air to escape is by the sunroof poping up for a second, if its not leaking I wouldnt worry about it. I am pretty sure everyones car does this that has pop up style sunroofs.

I figured that much about the sunroof... About the ligths... everything turns on with the parking lights, but not he cluster. That's the only thing that doesn't work.

Thanks for the input guys!!!
Actually, the problem was that to start with, the car had Indiglow facelate in the cluster w/o the special power supply that goes with it. Also, there were no bulbs on the back to iluminate the guages... To make matters worse, the original faceplate were ripped off. So no Indiglow Power Supply, No Bulbs, & to top it all off, No Faceplates.
I fixed the problem by just going to a junkyard and buying a used cluster from an eclipse (same type of gauges). Just swapped the missing bulbs and faceplates, put it back all together & "voula!!!".
Regarding the sunroof issue, just had to tigthen the six screws (3 on each side) that hold the glass in place on the "rails".
PS: Changing the odometer assembly, was a hassel. Until I found a way to take the needle out. (If you have any questions on how to do it, let me know.)
Edited: Where can I find LED ligths for the cluster?
